Three Colonies
Welcome to Three Colonies, a gated, covenant controlled community, in the center of Fayetteville, NC. Three Colonies is a "covenant-controlled" community, and therefore certain rules and regulations apply.
Three Colonies Homeowners Association Board of Directors meets on the last Tuesday of each month (except in December) at 6:30 pm in the clubhouse. These meetings are open to all homeowners. The first thirty minutes of these meetings are open for comments or concerns from the community.
Security is instructed to call the resident when a visitor stops at the front gate, unless that visitor's name is on file with the Security Office. If you are expecting a visitor please contact security at 910-867-5046 and give them the name of your expected guests
