Three Colonies Board Meeting Minutes
Three Colonies Homeowners Association Board of Directors meets on the last Tuesday of each month (except in December) at 6:30 pm in the clubhouse. These meetings are open to all homeowners. The first thirty minutes of these meetings are open for comments or concerns from the community.

Starting August 2018, Financial reports presented to the monthly meeting of the Board of Directors will be available to THREE COLONIES RESIDENTS ONLY, by calling 910-868-4119 and requesting a copy to be e-mailed.
