REQUEST FOR ARCHITECTURAL CHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
In accordance with Three Colonies Covenants (Article V) and restrictions
outlined in the Three Colonies Rules and Regulations:
No building, fence, wall or other structure shall be commenced, erected, or
maintained upon the properties, nor shall any exterior addition to or change or
alteration therein be made until the plans and specifications showing the
nature, kind, shape, height, materials, and location of the same shall have
been submitted to and approved in writing as to harmony of external design
and location in relation to surrounding structures and topography by the Board
of Directors of the Association, or by an architectural committee composed of
three (3) or more representatives appointed by the board.
1) Fill out the top portion of the form “Architectural Committee Request for
Approval”. Form may be downloaded at the bottom of this page.
2) Submit by email to the following representative:
Colony I (townhomes): covenants1@threecolonies.com
Colony II & III (patio homes): covenants2and3@threecolonies.com
3) You may place the request in the clubhouse mailbox slot.
4) Timeline process:
-once you have submitted your request, you will be contacted by a board
member that your request was received.
-some requests are simple, yet other requests are more detailed and may
require such plans and specifications, i.e., blue prints, survey lines, etc.
5) In the event said Board, or it’s designated committee, fails to approve or
disapprove such design and location within thirty (30) days after said plans
and specifications have been submitted, approval will not be required and
this will be deemed to have been fully complied with in accordance with the covenants.
