Maintenance or Work Order Requests

Any exterior repair requests shall be submitted via a work order.  Work order forms may be obtained from the security guard and should be placed into the mail slot at the clubhouse when completed.  The work order will then be delivered to the board member responsible for maintenance and repair.  The guards will have no further involvement and no knowledge of the repair status.
