Welcome to our Contact Us page. On this page you may choose one of three ways to contact us with your questions, ideas and concerns. Please select one of the following ways to contact members of the Board of Directors.
1. To leave a question, idea or concern about Three Colonies in our general mailbox click the button below labeled "GENERAL MAILBOX". When using this selection please include the area of Three Colonies you are referring to such as Pool, Playgrounds or Security ETC... in order to get the message to the appropriate person. Please leave a valid e-mail address in case we need to contact you for further information or to resolve your issues.
2. To send an e-mail to a particular Three Colonies Board Member, click the button labeled "BOARD MEMBER ADDRESS". This choice will take you to a page that displays the current board members and their areas of responsibilities. You must leave a valid return e-mail address. Anonymous e-mails will not be acted upon.
3. To present ideas, questions and/or concerns in person at the monthly Board of Directors meeting you must request a spot on the meeting agenda no later than five (5) days prior to the date of the meeting. If you would like to appear before the Board at the next meeting, click the button "BOARD APPEARENCE" and fill out the form.
